All Congo-Kinshasa students are

to the humanitarian imperative caused
by the long war. Each student in this
group will pay about 27% of the regular
tuition, that is $720 a year.

The Application for scholarships is open to all students. The ultimate goal of the French-American University if to work towards equalizing or democratizing the world access to Higher Education so as to advance humanity itself. This year the scholarship is valued at 60% of the amount of the tuition. The University will offer scholarships up to 40 students from each nation, and the applicant will have to pay for the remaining 40%.

Therefore it is critical to apply early. You have to re-apply every year to be considered. The university policy is to award scholarships on the basis of academic achievements and the applicant vision for the community service. If you are selected, you will be notified by email. Once accepted, you will have to pay as soon as possible the remaining part of the tuition for the semester. Funding may not be available for late applicants or those who fail to pay on time their part of the tuition.
