ACADEMIC FEES  FOR UFA ONLINE

A. ACADEMIC FEES

I. Tuition
The prescribed academic fees/tuition are set out below.

ONLINE Undergraduate Degree Studies (Bachelor’s):
$ 1500 a year
It is payable in FULL upon enrollment or in THREE installments as follows:

  • $ 500 First Payment
  • $ 500 Second Payment
  • $ 500 Third Payment

ONLINE Graduate Degree Studies (Master’s):
$ 1800 a year
It is payable in FULL upon enrollment or in THREE installments as follows:

  • $ 600 First Payment
  • $ 600 Second Payment
  • $ 600 Third Payment

II. Other Fees

Transcript fee: $20
Application fee: $65
Repeating a Course fee: $165
Repeating an Exam fee: $50
Graduation fee: $150

III. Methods of Payment

All the payment must be made in U.S. dollars using one of the following possibilities:

  1. Bank Deposit
    Bank deposits can be made in US DOLLARS at any RAWBANK branch in RDC.
    The University bank information are provided below:

Bank Account Name/Intitulé compte:  Universite Franco-Americaine  (UFA) Your references: Your full name; Student Identity Number if known; program of study. Once you have deposited money, send us an email with your complete references and ID number as mentioned in the transaction and the details of the transaction.

2. Bank Wire Transfers

All bank wire transfer must be made in U.S. dollars. Payment can be made by providing the following information to your bank:

Please mention on the bank wire transfer transaction references your full name, program of study, country of origin, your university student number ID if already known. Please make sure you pay all the bank charges associated with the funds transfer: contact your bank to determine which charges apply so as to adjust the total amount of your transfer accordingly.

Once you have completed the bank wire transfer, send us an email with your complete personal references or ID number as mentioned in the transaction and the details of the transaction.
